Privacy Policy

AutoFPLN SIM is operated by Alfie Davis, trading as AutoFPLN SIM, in Spain (“we”, “us” or “our”). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

Our public service address will be added before live paid subscriptions are enabled. The service is currently in pre-launch/test mode.

• Account data, including email address, authentication identifiers and security events.
• Profile and community data, including pilot name, avatar, friends, messages, reports, leaderboard entries and visibility choices.
• Flight data, including generated routes, accepted flights, schedules, favourites, logbook entries, career progress, achievements and rewards.
• SimLink telemetry, including position, altitude, speed, heading, vertical speed, aircraft information, simulator status, timestamps and landing data.
• Billing data supplied by Stripe, such as customer and subscription identifiers, plan, status, billing cycle and period end. We do not store full card numbers.
• Optional integration details, such as a SimBrief username and links you choose to open in third-party services.
• Technical data necessary to run and secure the service, including session information, device/browser details, diagnostic records and local-storage preferences.
• Support communications you send to us.

• To create and operate your account, dispatches, tracking, logbook, career and subscription under our contract with you.
• To process payments, manage cancellations and keep legally required transaction records.
• To secure the service, prevent fraud or reward abuse, diagnose faults and enforce our terms based on our legitimate interests.
• To provide optional features or communications where you have made a choice or given consent.
• To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

We use service providers to operate AutoFPLN SIM, including Supabase for authentication and database services, Lovable and its infrastructure providers for application hosting, Stripe for payments, mapping providers such as MapTiler, and AI providers where an AI-powered feature is requested. They process data only for providing their services to us and under their own applicable terms.

SimBrief and Navigraph are separate third-party services. Opening or using them is optional and their own privacy terms apply. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect users and the service, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal data.

Your chosen pilot name, avatar, rank, points and selected activity may be visible through leaderboards, friends, pilot chat or WorldMap Live. Use the available privacy controls to limit public flight visibility. Do not put private information in your pilot name or messages.

Some providers may process data outside Spain or the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are protected using an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism.

Account, profile and flight-history data is generally kept while your account remains active. Telemetry may be retained with the related logbook record to verify flights, landing results and career rewards. Security and diagnostic records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary. Billing and transaction records may be retained for the period required by tax, accounting and legal rules.

When you request deletion, we delete or anonymise data that is no longer needed, except information we must keep by law, need to resolve disputes, or must retain for security and fraud prevention.

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email us from your registered address so we can verify the request. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or your local EEA supervisory authority.

We use authentication, HTTPS, access controls and database row-level security, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Paid subscriptions must be purchased by an adult. Minors should use the service only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
