Terms of Service

AutoFPLN SIM is operated by Alfie Davis, trading as AutoFPLN SIM, in Spain. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Contact: AutoFPLN@outlook.com.

Our public service address will be added before live paid subscriptions are enabled. The service is currently in pre-launch/test mode.

AutoFPLN SIM is an entertainment and flight-simulation companion. Routes, weather references, aircraft, registrations, callsigns, maps, charts, performance information and AI output must not be used for real-world flight planning, navigation, training, dispatch or operational decisions. Always use approved real-world aviation sources where applicable.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account. Paid subscriptions must be purchased by an adult; minors require a parent or guardian’s permission and supervision.

Features and limits are shown on the Plans page. Basic access may be limited. A free trial lasts for the displayed period, requires no card unless checkout clearly says otherwise, and returns to Basic when it expires. Trial eligibility is limited and may not be restarted or transferred.

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe at the price and interval shown before purchase. Taxes may be added where required. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. We will give appropriate notice of material price changes.

You may cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal and paid access continues until the end of the current paid month or year. Except where mandatory law or our Cancellation and Refund Policy requires otherwise, we do not provide voluntary partial or pro-rata refunds for unused time.

Do not misuse the service, bypass limits or access controls, falsify telemetry or rewards, interfere with other pilots, scrape or overload the service, reverse engineer protected components, upload unlawful or harmful material, impersonate others, or use community tools to harass or spam. We may restrict or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or legal compliance.

You retain rights in content you submit. You give us a limited licence to host, process and display it only as needed to operate the service and the visibility choices you make. Do not submit content you lack permission to use. Messages or public activity may be moderated, removed or disclosed when reasonably necessary for safety, enforcement or law.

AutoFPLN SIM, its original software, design and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service under these Terms. Third-party names, maps, data, services and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and do not imply endorsement.

We aim to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Beta and test features may change, fail or be withdrawn. We may change features and reasonable usage limits, while respecting paid consumer rights and giving appropriate notice where a material paid feature is affected.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, losses caused by misuse, third-party services, internet or simulator failures, or reliance on the service for real aviation. Any limitation applies only to the extent lawful in your country.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach, security risk, fraud, unlawful use or where required by law. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. Rights that by nature continue after termination remain in force.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Courts and dispute procedures are determined by applicable consumer law. We may update these Terms and will post the date above; material changes will be notified appropriately.
